The chestnut colt seems to have taken well to his return to the Saratoga dirt after posting a solid 4 furlong workout in 47.50 on July 19th over the same track where he ran second in the Grade 1 Hopeful Stakes last September. Casiguapo was bred in Kentucky by the University of Kentucky’s Maine Chance Farm on a donated season and was last seen closing strong to get up for second in the Cherokee Run Stakes at Gulfstream Park on July 5th.
